Giving Hope to Move Forward
Who qualifies to apply
We exist to give hope and support to minorities and naturalized immigrants, or those in the process of naturalization, to move forward and further their education. The following are the requirements needed to qualify to apply for the scholarship.
All Applicants should be:
1) A minority defined as: an American Indian, Alaskan Native, Black (not of Hispanic origin), Hispanic (including persons of Mexican, Puerto Rican, Cuban, and Central or South American origin), or Pacific Islander.
or
be a naturalized immigrant or in the process of naturalization.
2) Have a high school GPA of 2.7 or higher
3) Have qualified and been accepted into an accredited University, College, Trade School or Certification Program. (Proof of acceptance will be required to finalize award if chosen)
Scholarship Schedule
Scholarship applications open on March 1, 2021. All entries must be received via email or post marked by July 30, 2021.
The selection committee will review entries and select the winners for notificaiton on August 30, 2021. Award winners will be notified via email and post.
Payment will be sent directly to the winners chosen university, college, trade school or certificaiton program.
